EMESCO can load test pad eyes up to 400 Ton using water weights and hydraulic jacking kits. These systems are bespoke to meet any requirements, including difficult access areas where Rope access techniques are applied.
EMESCO uses 35 Ton water weight bags that are monitored by wireless load cells, to proof load off shore pedestal cranes, BOP Hoists and Gantry crane.
EMESCO has internal water bags that are used for load testing lifeboat davits, lifeboat hooks and winches. The proof load can be controlled via a calibrated flow meter or wireless load cell.
All testing carried out is of as per classification requirements. These tests can also be complemented with pre and post NDT, which EMESCO Services has gained classification approval to perform.
